What we can settle

Anything in the catalogue. Whether a 17-inch machine goes into the sleeve or only the screen does. Which car seat bag fits a seat with a base still attached. Whether a stroller bag takes the wheels off first. How many bottles a slot layout holds once the caps are on. Whether two cases that look identical differ in anything but the colour on the label.

Corrections most of all. If a number here argues with the one on the tag in your hand, tell us the page and the figure. We fix it and say what changed.

What belongs to the shop

Orders, delivery windows, damaged parcels, refunds and returns live where you paid. Payment, delivery and returns are handled at checkout with our retail partner, not on this site. We cannot see your order and cannot look it up.

How long we take

A few working days. No ticket numbers, no queue music. People read this mailbox between other work.
